“Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity”.
Timothy, Apostle Paul’s fave boy.
I’ve been swamped with school work lately. I mean, I almost forgot that we were at the end of April and that I had to publish a new post here.
I’ve been reading a lot, cut down on movies and social media time because right now, school’s my priority (after God).
You all are my priority too which is why I published this post so; it’s going to be a fun one. It’s kind of like a Life Update where I’ll be sharing some of my fave things — Christian things though at the moment. I’ll advise that you check them out. They might just become your new fave things. Who knows?
Let’s get to it.
1. My Fave Podcast
Throw back to 2019, I didn’t know what a podcast was talk less of listen to one.
It was a habit to listen to music when carrying out tasks on my to-do list. Not until last year. Listening to podcasts has become one of my fave things to do. I’ve listened to several ones including Joyce Meyer’s Talk It Out, Maxwell Leadership Podcast, Godly Dating 101, You can rest here Pod, etc.
My fave one though is Ezii Like Sunday Morning Podcast hosted by Ezinne Zara.
I came across her IG page in 2022 and everything she does has literally served as a source of inspiration since then.
If you’re looking for a place to get clarity in grey areas as a young person, this podcast is for you.
Fun fact: Ezinne’s my birthday mate.

2. My Fave Song
Sometime in 2020, I told a friend of mine that I liked Gospel upbeats and rap and he was shocked. He thought I was into solemn music (which I am). I just really love upbeats too. When you talk of Gospel upbeats, you can’t leave Limoblaze out
His new single, ‘Put It On God ft. Annatoria‘ is my current fave song.

Beyond the beat, the lyrics just really speak to me. There’s a lot to do and worry would have been my response but I’ve chosen to put it all on God.
3. My Fave Scripture
“For You have encircled me with strength for the battle; You have subdued under me those who rose up against me“.
Psalms 18:39 AMP
When I found this Scripture, I was at a place where I was overwhelmed by school work. A thousand and one materials, classes running concurrently, impending exams. It was all so much in my head. The Holy Spirit showed me this Scripture and I literally felt strengthened. I put it up on my wall as a reminder too.

4. My Fave Movie
My fave movie at the moment is Enoch by Mount Zion Films. I grew up under the ministry of Pastor E.A. Adeboye so I know some things about him. This movie didn’t just show me the same things though. It brought out a message. The major lesson of the movie for me, is how God will partner with anyone who’s willing to be sold out to Him.
If you haven’t seen Enoch, you should ASAP. You’ll be glad you did.
5. My Fave Teachers
“Yet your teachers will not be moved into a corner anymore, But your eyes shall see your teachers.”
Isa 30:20b NKJV
When God allows a season in your life, He surrounds you with resources needed to navigate and maximize it.
This has been true for me. He gives me the Word to run with, instructions per time and most importantly, the voices to listen to.
You probably know Apostle Joshua Selman (AJS). He’s a popular voice. If you’re looking for practical and wise teachings to equip you for life, I recommend AJS. Go online, search out his sermons and commit your heart to Wisdom.
His ministry, Koinonia goes live every Sunday too. You can join via this link. You’ll be glad you did.
My other fave is Debola-Deji Kurunmi (DDK). She has been a handy tool in God’s hands. She is really committed to Transformational Leadership and Growth.
DDK runs a membership course that I gifted myself this year. The Immerse Inner Circle Membership has several growth pathways to serve you right where you are in your journey.
Immerse Inner Circle is for every lady who wants to live out their God-ordained life.
My ladies, you should hop on this one.
Conclusion
So, there you have it!
These things might remain my faves for a while or they might be replaced soon. They might just be what you need in your current season or the next you’re stepping into. After all, there are no coincidences. Only God-incidences.
I trust you’ve been inspired. I want to know some of your Christian fave things too.
Share one of your current Christian fave things with me.
I love to hear from you so please, don’t hold back.💜
