A Master was leaving for a while to a place His followers were not quite aware of (or so they thought). One day, his young follower asked Him a question. The conversation went somewhat like this :

Young follower: “Master, we have no idea where you’re going. How do you expect us to know the road?”

Master : “I am the Road, also the Truth, also the Life. No one gets to the Father apart from me. ”

Familiar? (Check John 14:5-6MSG). If this is familiar, I’ll assume that you already met Jesus so, good for you! If this isn’t so familiar or you thought there were a myriad of ways to God, good for you too because I am here to tell you that there is only one true Way to God. JESUS CHRIST!

When I was in primary school (what some will call elementary school), I was told there were several ways to God. I was schooled in a Christian school but there were children of different religious backgrounds. My Proprietor thought it fair to dedicate a day for a particular religion . They’ll sing songs and my teacher would make sure everyone of us was singing. My parents had already taught me from home that there was only one true God likewise one Way to Him so I wasn’t allowed to sing those songs.

Now, don’t get me wrong. I am not trying to criticize any religion. I am only letting you know that there is only one Way to the only true God. That Way is Jesus Christ!

No matter what people say. No matter what philosophy they bring to life. No matter how many religions they form. The truth remains that the only way to the one true God is Jesus Christ! You see, Christianity is more than a religion. It’s more than a set of behaviours , do’s and don’t’s to make you perfect. Christianity is a lifestyle. Christianity is a love journey. One that will go on till The Way returns.

Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.

Romans 5:1 NLT

The Way, Jesus Christ paid the price already and that gave us peace with God. That, is the reality!

Jesus called out to them and said, “Come and follow me, and I will transform you into men who catch people for God.”

Matthew 4:19 TPT

Come follow The Way today if you haven’t already. Come follow The Way to the only true God. It’s that simple! Say this simple prayer :

“Father I acknowledge that I am a sinner, that Jesus died for me, that you raised him from the dead. Father please forgive me. I accept Jesus today as my Lord and my Saviour. I choose to walk in The Way. Amen. ”

So there you have it people! I know this is a very unpopular opinion. I know some of you might even come at me. Well, get ready to be fed with many more unpopular opinions in my coming blog posts.

MOMENT OF TRUTH: Only Jesus truly satisfies.

I hope you were inspired. Please do well to leave a comment. I always love to hear from you and don’t forget to share to that person on your mind right now. They might just be in need of this. Also, check the Christian wallpapers page too as I uploaded new wallpapers already .

Okay let me rephrase my question
What i am trying to ask is that is it compulsory a preacher must tell you he’s a cheat or that he lust after a woman. And just preach whatever he plans to preach..i hope you understand now

There is no other way to the Father except through his Son JESUS. He is our only channel to the Father.

In him we find our direction and only him can truly satisfy. When we let-him-in, he’ll take us to the Father and we live for him, becoming like him 🔥

Thanks alot GG 😇.,more grace 🌝

    You really are inspired.
I have a question tho..i watched something on YouTube pertaining to the pastor in Hillsong New York and therelady was like she prefers to go to churches where the pastor tells the congregation that he has cheated once or lust after another woman, something like that…my own question is Do they have to say that? If you get my question please do answer

Well not everyone has done that i mean the cheating et all plus the fact that it could be mistaken to mean perfection in christ is not attainable so I don’t think the womans yardstick should be a general thing more like her personal preference

But i would love to believe she means a church where the pastor isn’t claiming to be a hundred percent perfect but again a church is way more than its pastor if you get what i mean.

      Hope this helped at all

      I understand your question.

Well, ukaobasi450 has replied already but I’ll like to add to it. The fact that the lady said she likes it when a preacher shares his personal mistakes, past hurts and the likes isn’t wrong. That’s her preference. Let’s look at it from this perspective: the preacher does that because he wants his members to relate with what he is trying to communicate. He wants them to know that even he is human and has struggles.

On the other hand, some preachers don’t share personal experiences because people tend to make doctrines of those experiences. They begin to take things as if ‘if it doesn’t happen this way, it’s not right’. Some even go to the extent of replicating the preacher’s life so to speak to the extent that they forget that Jesus should be our mentor and role-model. Now, don’t get me wrong. It’s a very good thing to have role models and mentors . They contribute a great part to you especially when they are ordained by God. Christ should be our number 1 role model and perfect example though . This is because He is flawless unlike us humans. A Preacher can err intentionally or unintentionally that’s why you should look unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Heb. 12:2). Even Paul gave us a great example in (1 Cor. 11:1) . He said to follow him to the extent to which he follows Christ.

      I hope you understand now.
