Are you more concerned about the mundane things of this world than you are about eternity? Have you been procrastinating your salvation till when it’s the “right time“? Do you shove people away simply because they do not share the same faith with you? Are you doing something that you know deep down you shouldn’t be doing but it isn’t mentioned above?
Well, you probably need a Reality Check and you’re right on time!
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
2 Corinthians 4:18 NIV
Everything we see now will soon pass away so try not to get distracted by them. They’re only temporary. Do not make decisions that will affect where you’ll spend eternity. Remember we are in this world but not of it.
Making a faith commitment is not something you want to keep putting off. Your salvation isn’t like the meeting you were meant to have by 12 noon that you can conveniently reschedule… Quit wasting the opportunities you have to build a relationship with Jesus. Make room for Him!

If you fall in the 3rd category, let’s take a cue from our Lord Jesus: Despite the fact that Jesus had 12 disciples, He still reached out to the lost and the needy and what have you.
”The second is this, You will love your neighbor as yourself . No other commandment is greater than these”
Mark 12:31 CEB
Can you love your neighbor by keeping them at arm’s length? How can you possibly share the love of Christ with someone you never associate with?
GOD is patient and loves us dearly – He wants us all to be saved (Check 2 Pet. 3:9). We all need a Reality Check from time to time and I believe this met you well and convicted you. Now do something about it! Act on it! Don’t be like a person who sees his face in the mirror and walks away forgetting how he looked like without doing something about it. Don’t forget to share this post too and share your views in the comment section.
